Sunrise Yoga is located in downtown Jackson, Ohio on the corner of Bridge St. and Water St. 

The studio has a clean, spacious practice room, including soft lighting and carefully selected music to enhance your practice. It is equipped with plenty of props to make your practice comfortable and safe.

There is a reception area and restroom.  We also have a small retail area where we sell quality yoga mats, props and books. 

We have worked to create a peaceful oasis where you can escape to relax and unwind.  It is our commitment that Sunrise Yoga be a place of friendship, healing and well-being.
